Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in office management
- Excellent customer service skills
- financial viewpoint you will be responsible for the maintenance of the accounting and control systems, debtor management, and all general accounting (gst, payroll, paye etc), alongside financial and management reporting. Some project
- Excellent computer skills, including file management, all Microsoft Office applications and internet/email
- Preparedness and ability to adapt to industry specific software
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills, along with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills
- Commitment to team building, both within the organisation and with external networks
- An understanding of continuous improvement, change management, compliance and policies and procedures
- Experience in managing staff and/or volunteers
