SOUS CHEF / SENIOR CHEF de PARTIE
Qualification :
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable catering establishment.
- Passionate and up to date with food trends
- Experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage
- Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
- Preparing and managing small buffet banquets for 20 to 120 guest
- Good people management and communication skills
- Indonesian nationals only need apply
