Qualification :
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable catering establishment.
- Passionate and up to date with food trends
- Experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage
- Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
- Preparing and managing small buffet banquets for 20 to 120 guest
- Good people management and communication skills
- Indonesian nationals only need apply
Qualification :
- Strong in mechanical and electrical
- Young and dynamic
- Minimum 2 years experience at same position
- Good command of English both written and oral
- Proven track record
- Capable team leader
- Flexible and hard worker
- Self-motivated and detail oriented

- Passionate and customer driven
- banqueting experience an advantage
- Good people skills
- Good wine knowledge & mixing skills
