1. SOUS CHEF / SENIOR CHEF de PARTIE
Qualification :

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable catering establishment. 
• Passionate and up to date with food trends
• Experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage 
• Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
• Preparing and managing small buffet banquets for 20 to 120 guest
• Good people management and communication skills
• Indonesian nationals only need apply

2. ASST. CHIEF ENGINEER
Qualification :

• Strong in mechanical and electrical
• Young and dynamic
• Minimum 2 years experience at same position
• Good command of English both written and oral
• Proven track record
• Capable team leader 
• Flexible and hard worker 
• Self-motivated and detail oriented

3. SENIOR WAITER/BARTENDER
Qualification :

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable catering establishments 
• Passionate and customer driven
• banqueting experience an advantage
• Good people skills
• Good wine knowledge & mixing skills
