- Possess at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent
- Previous Hotel experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at least 2 years in relevant field
- Possess strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication
- Excellent command of English communication ; Speak other foreign languages than English will be an advantage (3)
- Computer literate, preferably with Windows applications such as Word and Excel ; Proficient in spreadsheet (3,4,5,7)
- Knowledge of Fidelio/Opera (3,4,5,7)
- Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure environment
