GUEST RELATION OFFICER

Requirements:

• Female max 28 years old 
• Has experience in similar position for at least 2 Years in 4 or 5 starts hotel
• Have good personalities, can communicate with guest to deliver excellent service.
• Able to work in a team, honest, high motivation, good attitude, willing to learn
• Excellent communication in English verbal and written Outgoing, pleasant personality, mature, energetic and passionate
• Able to work as a team and work in flexible hour
• Able to negotiate and conduct up selling.
• Good in correspondence email and verbal
• Other foreign language is an advantage
