GUEST RELATION OFFICER

• female max 28 years old
• excellent communication in English verbal and written
• min 2 year experiences in 4 or 5 stars hotel
• able to work as a team and work in flexible hour
• have good personalities, can communicate with guest to deliver excellent service.
• able to negotiate and conduct upselling.
• good in correspondence email and verbal
• Other foreign language is an advantage
