- Diploma in Hotel Management & Administration with Certified
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Minimum 2 years hotel experience at similar position and also with International Experiences
- Creating Menus and conform brand standard, understanding Cost control, menu costing and Budgetting.
- High self confidence, flexible working hours, able to adapt to rapid changes
