with relevant skills and experiences for the following positions:

HEAD CHEF

With general requirements:

• Male/ female 27-40 Years old
• Diploma in Hotel Management & Administration with Certified
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Minimum 2 years  hotel experience at similar position and also with International Experiences
• Creating Menus and conform brand standard, understanding Cost control, menu costing and Budgetting.
• High self confidence, flexible working hours, able to adapt to rapid changes
• well organized, problem solver, dynamic person and strong leadership.
