RESERVATION AGENT :

Qualifications:

• Male or female
• Experience minimum 1 year as Reservation Agent
• Good Correspondence skill
• Highly motivated and has pleasant personality
• Computer literate and familiar with Fidelio Hotel system
• Willing to work in shifts and during public holidays
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Open minded and energetic
• Service oriented and love to help others
• Good communication skill
• Able to work both individually and as part of a team
