General requirements :
- Min. Diploma from hospitality/culinary school
- Min. 2 years exp. in similar position/Villa
- Able to cook European, Continental, Middle East and Asian
- Able to create new menu and establish quality, presentation and effective cost standard
- Flexible on working shift
- Dynamic, creative, initiative, self motivated, good team player.
- Has good/positive attitude, leadership and willing to work under high pressure environment
