Requirement
- at least 2 year in the same position
- good communication skill and customer orientation
- understand cost control strategy
- understand kitchen management
- strong leadership
- Good Microsoft office skill
- hard workers
2. Executive Chef
Requirement
- at least 2 years in the same position
- strong in Asian cuisine and understand Western cuisine
- creative in developing menu
- good cost control skill
- experience in hotel buffet operations
- strong leadership and able to deliver the product effectively to staff
- good back office skill
3. Bar (Daily Worker)
