SOUS CHEF

Qualifications :
  • Male or Female 
  • Max 28 years old and Indonesian Nationality 
  • Hotel Education back ground is preferred.
  • Minimum Of 2 years experience as Sous Chef from Westren Cuisine 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook / Email )
  • Mature and dynamic, highly motivated and pleasant personality
  • Passion for cooking and creativity to improve quality, productivity, and cost control 
  • Prepare and produce high quality food ( taste and appearance ) using standart reciepes and portions set by company qualification
  • Flexible with working schedule
  • Budget oriented
  • Residence in Bali or willing to be placed and doing selection process in Bali.
