General Requirement:
- Positive and pleasant personality
- Relevant education background
- Minimum 2 year experience with proven track record in similar position
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work as a team
- Good command in English and Bahasa
- Hospitality Industry background
- Living in Kuta Selatan Area will be an advantage
- Proven ability to motivate, train and retain the team (1,3)
- Strong in Asian (esp. Chinese) & European Cuisine (1)
- Fine Dining Experience will be an advantage (1)
