We are company engaged in Food & Beverage, GARDIN Bistro and Patisseries & MIRROR Bar and Lounge willing to recruit new employees to join our operation and fill this position :
BAR SUPERVISOR
Job Description :
- Knowing to all company policies and protocols, both behind and at in front of the bar (including: team handling, safety, maintaining a clean and organized work place)
- Uphold the company standards regarding merchandising, inventory, and rotation of store products
- Offer relevant, thoughtful ideas and suggestions for improving operations
- Participate in store wide profit initiatives
- Demonstrate initiative with routine tasks
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years experience in bar as a bar supervisor/leader/relevant professional bartending
- Minimum Diploma from related educational background (having F & B educational background is a preferred)
- Can work as a team or individually
- Well groomed and presentable
- Willing to be placed in Bali
