This restaurant was the trigger to open other restaurants like Seafood House, Flapjaks, Bluefin Japanese Fusion & Lounge, , Stadium Café , Al Dente Kitchen & Bar, Honey & Bread and Bubu Seafood & Chinese Restaurant. ITALIAN CHEF
Responsibilities :To assure that daily operation of kitchen is well conducted by kitchen team including costing, preparing foods and creating Menus
Requirements:
- KITAS holder (expatriate) is preferable
- Being dynamic, having positive ideas and high motivation
- Good communication in English, spoken and written and also able to speak Bahasa
- Well comprehensive to operate all computer programs
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in 4 or 5 stars hotel or restaurant with similar position
- Hotel school education background is a must
- Strong motivation and willing to work as a team or individual with positive attitude
- Dynamic & vibrant individual with excellent guest interaction & communication skills
- Applicant must be willing to be placed in Bali
ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities :To assure that daily engineering team is leaded and controlled properly and make sure any work orders are executed fast and in best quality
Requirements:
- Male , maximum age 40 years old
- Have experience as Engineering in similar field at least for 2 years
- Education background of mechanical & electrical
- Good personality , positive Attitude and hardworking
- Able to join immediately
- Will be placed at Kuta or Nusa Dua area
ENGINEERING STAFF
Responsibilities :To assure that daily engineering duties are executed fast and in best quality
Requirements:
- Male , maximum age 40 years old
- Have experience as Engineering in similar field at least for 1 years
- Education background of mechanical & electrical
- Good personality , positive Attitude and hardworking
- Able to join immediately
- Will be placed at Kuta or Nusa Dua area
