Fortune Cookie Chinese Restaurant in Sanur: We are a small 30 seat restaurant open for lunch and dinner only, with a strong Delivery and Takeaway business.
We are looking for a:
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR / MANAGER
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Restaurant with the goal of maximising guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
- Female
- Good English speaking, and computer literate
- Hands-on, self motivated, with good communication skills
- Strong teamwork and leadership ability
- Graduate of a Hotel or Restaurant Management degree desired.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position or strong track record as a Waitress or equivalent in a Restaurant for at least 2-years.
