We are a Boutique Hotel located at Seminyak - Bali and the member of Small Luxury Hotel in the world.
Now, we are seeking for a new position as a Purchasing Manager. The responsibility will be:
- As a buyer for all department in the Hotel and handling purchase request system and update the inventory needed to purchase.
- Handling administration for all inventories for the hotel, doing physical inventory counting every month.
- Be a good negotiator in dealing good price with suppliers.
- Dealing with purchase administration filling documentation, especially for comparing the good price and making price comparison from suppliers.
The qualification below :
- Experience in purchasing at least 2 years
- Have a good personality
- Work independently and having a “can do attitude”.
- Honest
- Maximum 35 years old
- Can joint for work ASAP
- Can work under pressure with the tight deadline
- Experience using VHP System is an advantage but not a must.
