Vacancy Operational Manager Kayun Hostel Legian
We are looking for an enthusiastic hostel operations manager to join our young and vibrant team. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the entire hostel, have an eye for detail and be a creative problem-solver while still keeping an upbeat attitude with our young and lively team and guests.
Duties include supervising the work staff and interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction while maintaining quality control.
Operations such as supervising human resources, housekeeping, security, public relations, food service and daily operations are all part of a hostel operations managers responsibilities.
You must be able to deal effectively with guests, superiors and staff workers while keeping the hostel running smoothly. We are looking to hire a like-minded manager who is proficient in English to join our vibrant and fun-loving hostel.
Related work experience and/or a bachelor's degree/certificate/associate's degree is encouraged.
