The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel is located next to the famous Kuta Beach. We have 159 rooms & Suites, Business center, SPA, GYM, Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge, Specialty Restaurant, Pool Bar, Room Service, Meeting Room, and an attractive and trendy bar on the Roof Top.

We are a currently opening a vacancy for Managerial level as below:

1. Assistant HR Manager
General Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position (Hotelier)
  • Successful candidate must be able to speak, read and write English fluently. Ability to write correspondent in a professional, error free manner. 
  • Looking for an individual with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality. 
  • Must be able to interact and communicate well with all kinds of people, must be a positive and energetic team player. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • Must present them selves and behave in a professional manner at all times.
  • Must love and enjoy working with people.
  • Could plan, manage, control, coordinate and participate in personnel activities of all the departments in the areas of Training & Development, Employee Relations and HR Initiatives.
  • To provide coaching and mentoring to the team in order to improve operative efficiency.
  • Successfull candidate will assist HRM in daily tasks

2. Assistant Executive Housekeeper
General Requirements:
  • Good teamwork, result oriented and communication skill
  • Hard worker and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Minimum 2 (two) years in the same position
  • Well knowledge in chemical handling and application

3. Assistant Chief Security
General Requirements:
  • Good teamwork, result oriented and communication skill
  • Hard worker and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Experienced in same position minimum 2 (two) years, preferably in an international chain
  • Certified Security from Polda (Gada Pratama certificate)
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and hard worker.
  • Possesses Managerial & Leadership skills
  • Well knowledge of safety & security system.
  • Able to conduct Training
  • Guest Service Oriented

4. Security Supervisor
General Requirements:
  • Good teamwork, result oriented and communication skill
  • Hard worker and able to work under pressure
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written
  • Experienced in same position minimum 1 (one) year, preferably in an international chain
  • Certified Security from Polda (Gada Pratama certificate)
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and hard worker.
  • Possesses Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of safety & security system.
  • Able to conduct Training
  • Guest Service Oriented

  • Familiar using Opera would be an advantage
