"Salty Volt is currently looking for a Bookkeeper who is committed to a long term part time job. 2 hours weekly (preferably on the weekend). Indonesian male/ female are invited to apply.
Candidate must possess these qualifications:
- An ability to work quickly and accurately
- Good concentration
- An eye for details
- An ability to work to deadlines
- Good computer skills (especially with database and financial software)
- Honest, discreet and trustworthy
- Fair English is acceptable
Job Description
- Maintaining an orderly accounting filling system
- Processing sales invoices, cash receipts, petty cash and payments
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
- Balancing accounts/double book
- Repairing cash flow statements
