We’re managing a brand new boutique hotel in Seminyak – Bali which will be operated soon. We urgently require for a talented and highly motivated people to join our team as:
- Restaurant Manager (RM)
- Executive Chef (EC)
- Pastry Chef (PC)
- Cook (CO)
Requirements:
- Male/Female. Age maximum 35 years old (RM, PC, CO) and 40 years old (EC).
- Having 3 years minimum working experiences in a high-end hotel restaurant (RM, PC, CO). Minimum 3 years experience running 4* hotel/resort kitchen (EC)
- Strong knowledge of food cost and inventories (EC, PC, RM)
- Willing and able to develop a strong and successful team (EC, PC, RM)
- Strong team-working skills and able to work under-pressure
