Assistant Front Office Manager

Requirements with proven records as :
  • Candidates at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same field in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  • Candidates have strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication.
  • Excellent command of English. Speak other foreign languages will be an advantage.
  • Problem solving and complain handling skills.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet.
  • Knowledge of Power Pro system.
  • Well-groomed, discipline, personable and have an excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure, multitasking environment.
  • Able to join immediately.
