1. ENGINEERING STAFF
- Well experience in electrical, AC, plumbing
- Technical minded for maintenance program
- Hard worker and high discipline and motivation
2. FRONT OFFICE STAFF / GSA
- Well grooming and minimum 2 years as FO Staff
- Familiar with Property Management System /PMS (Fidelio is advantage)
- Fluent in English both oral and written, other foreign language is advantage
