FRONT OFFICE
- Male / Female
- Max 30 years old
- English fluency both written and spoken, other languages will be an advantaged
- Have 1 year experience in the same position
- Domiciled in Bali
- Basic computer (word, excel, power point) & internet literate
- Well groomed as well as customer focus
- Guest Service oriented
- Has a positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Availability: working nights, weekends and public holidays
FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR
- Male / Female
- Max 30 years old
- English fluency both written and spoken, other languages will be an advantaged
- Have 1 year experience in the same position
- Domiciled in Bali
- Basic computer (word, excel, power point) & internet literate
- Well groomed as well as customer focus
- Guest Service oriented
- Good knowledge and skills in FO Department
- Has a positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Able to work in team, problem solver, dynamic, and excellent communication skills
- Experienced using VHP System (Hotel System) and Night Audit
