Meja Kitchen and Bar is located in Seminyak Area in Bali. The modern concept makes Meja became the cozy one to spend your time, making friends, eat and taste the difference of rich and delicious food

Cook

Responsibility
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
  • Cook and package batches of food, such as hamburgers and fried chicken, which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold.
  • Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously.
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
  • Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
  • Prepare specialty foods such as pizzas, fish and chips, sandwiches, and tacos, following specific methods that usually require short preparation time.
  • Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
  • Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
  • Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
  • Prepare dough, following recipe.

Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Production or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
