- Strong kitchen leadership and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for maintaining hygiene, detail in operation and sanitation standards.
- Ensure a smooth day to day operation of the kitchen brigade
- Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and be focused on proficient delivering quality customer experiences and services
- Computer literate
- Domiciled in Bali
- Good command of English both written & spoken
