DIRECTOR OF SALES (DOS)

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the General Manager to implement, achieve and maintain the hotel’s and company goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for identifying, developing and managing accounts within specific segments, markets or geographical territories.
  • Develop account production for group, MICE and F&B to achieve targeted revenue and sales results.
  • Ensure reports are completed to the hotel’s operational standards.
  • Resolve clients concerns quickly and to the highest satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
  • Indonesian female with min. 5 years Sales & Marketing experiences in the hotel industry in a similar role.
  • Fluent in written and oral English.
  • Meticulous with excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and good communication skill.
  • Aptitude to work independently and self-directed with structured reporting abilities.
  • Proven established contacts with corporate clients and government departments.
  • Strong relationships in the global wholesale market.
  • Proactive and results driven.
  • Ability to work with a team locally and remotely.
  • Capacity to train, support, mentor and manage a small sales team.
  • Capability to work with an international sales team network.
  • Understanding of operational requirements, benchmarks, and yield management.
