Requirements:
- Male/Female, 22-35 Years old
- 4 Years’ experience of digital and UX design in a marketing-driven environment
- Fluent in Adobe CS; Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, PHP, JQuery, Flash
- Experience with website testing and analytics tools a definite advantage (Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, Google Analytics)
- Good written and spoken English
- Willing to relocate to Bali

2. SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER
Requirements:
- Male/Female, 22-35 Years old
- 4 Years experience with in a similar role
- fluent in HTML, PHP/MySql, JQuery, responsive design, mobile, etc.
- Possessing excellent written and spoken English
- Understanding of web analytics and conversion optimisation techniques a plus
- Willing to relocate to Bali

3. ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Required Competencies:
- Able to work and communicate in English and Indonesian
- Able to communicate with online audience confidently and professionally, and work with internal customer relations teams to resolve issues that appear online Able to understand, filter, categorise and distribute issues and opportunities to internal stakeholders as they arise on the web
- Able to manage ad-hoc projects such as translations and other marketing/PR efforts
Desired Competencies:
- Experience in hotel/resort marketing, PR, customer service
- Online marketing and PR experience

4. DIGITAL CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR
Required Competencies:
- Able to set up, test, execute and report results of email marketing campaigns
- Comfortable handling large customer/prospect data sets in excel, csv formats
- Able to use CRM system to create, update, select, categorise, import/export marketing data
- Experience setting up and reporting with Google Analytics and other web tracking technologies
- Must be a strong communicator and team player, organised, flexible, and able to balance priorities of multiple internal clients
Desired Competencies:
- Experience with HTML, CSS advantageous
- Good understanding of relational database structures, MySQL query skills
- Experience administering Content Management Systems

5. SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media, PR, marketing or journalism, preferably with some experience coming from community management (or the like) and:
- Be a naturally outgoing people person with excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal)
- Have experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, Linkedin, etc., preferably with Hotel or
Travel Industry experience
- Have experience with working within a Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications Team
- Be highly motivated, competent and able to work under often difficult and fast-changing conditions
- Be outwardly creative, expressive and proactive with ideas
Also:
- Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Shortstack is an advantage.
- An understanding of the market and consumer dynamics of major online social media markets across South east Asia is expected.
- Willing to relocate to Bali
