- Make sure that all important issues are solved even in case customers can release or hold their orders due to the financial condition of the account;
- Make sure that the assistants in charge of collections are applying appropriate judgment in accordance with their designated authorities regarding releasing/holding orders;
- Set up and make reviews on credit limits not only for new accounts but also the current ones;
- Coordinate with both corporate and local financial institutions to make bad debt analysis, meet the requirements and suggest on accruals on a monthly basis;
- Find out resolutions on complicated issues relating to collection
- Monitor and reduce risk of credit by making analysis on annual financial reports
- Set up workloads, manage resources and budgets.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Kayu Aya No 68.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
