A new Five Star Luxury Resort in Seminyak is looking for talented young and experienced professionals, who have passion and captivating personality, and who want to get into a unique experience, then come and work with us !
We need,
1. FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (FC)
Graduated from accredited College or a University with Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Accounting, Business or Management. Able to head-up the day to day financial activities including; financial strategy, analysis of the books, hotel financial reports, cash flow, accounts productions, setting & checking targets, monitoring performance of each department, auditing & overseeing all taxes and regulations/compliance issues; strong leadership skills with sound decision making.
2. CHIEF ACCOUNTANT (CA)
Graduation from a University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Experience in Accounting operational, Auditing or Budget analysis; able to prepare, analyze and evaluate financial systems, as well as coordinating purchasing and payroll functions; leadership by examples
3. SR. SOUS CHEF (SC)
Graduated from an accredited Culinary School; familiar with many cooking styles and excellence in Western cuisines; Food Safe Certification; leadership by examples; self motivated and an ability to train and motivate a team; Good in food safety, hygiene & sanitation; excellent in inventory/food cost control;
4. PERSONNEL MANAGER (PM)
Graduated from a Law University; possesses understanding about Employment functions like Job analysis, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Induction and Internal Mobility; experience in compensation & benefits administration such as; wage and salary administration, incentives, bonus and fringe benefits; well versed in labor laws and working conditions.
5. MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER ( MCM )
Minimum tertiary education background in marketing; excellent English communication skill both spoken and written; Has a wide range of Media Contacts; excellent Computer skill
experienced in the same position of a 4/5 star operation
6. SPA, RETAIL & BOUTIQUE MANAGER ( SRM )
Min D-III in relevant education background or preferably S1; knowledgeable and experienced in spa operations; has strong background in retail and boutique; excellent English communication skill both spoken and written; strong leadership and/or Management skills
