- Minimum 5 years in hotel industry and training staffs
- Understand Up to Date service excellent to the guests
- Could give Skill training (90%) not simply Knowledge (not theory)
- Could train service standard and arrange service breakdown
- Could make service sequences in order to be easily understood by our staffs for example: how to handle buffet breakfast, room service, banquet service, etc.
- Present "On the Spot Training" method (not class training but directly at the outlet)
- Could present 3 in 1 training application such as: techniques, communication courtesy, and body language (gesture & posture)
- Could explain in details some benefits "why you use a certain technique or a certain service standard for our hotel and staffs to avoid misunderstanding
